Jonathan Lemay

At IMPACK, hands-on experience and a deep understanding of customer needs are core to who we are. And few people embody this better than Jonathan Lemay. 

Jonathan joined IMPACK in 2006 as a mechanical designer, at a time when he would handle every step of the process: designing, manufacturing, assembling, and installing machines directly at customer sites. As the company grew, his role evolved, but his commitment remained unchanged: delivering genuine, top-quality customer service. 

Over the years, he has completed hundreds of installations, built extensive field expertise, and consistently put customer service first. His goal has always been the same: truly help, deeply understand each need, and provide the right solution.

Since November 10th, 2025 Jonathan has taken on a new role as Service Coordinator. In this position, he is responsible for: 

• coordinating all service activities, 

• planning customer interventions, 

• managing spare part follow-ups, 

• coordinating customer factory tests. 

He will also train the next generation of employees to maintain the level of excellence our customers have come to expect.  

With his complete background, from design to installation, Jonathan is perfectly positioned to support our customers and elevate the IMPACK service experience even further.
