OBP

The OBP marking module applies a light marking to the edge of the counted box, using the folder-gluer’s kicker. The kicker head is replaced by one that uses a stamp soaked with optical revealer and can still allow normal use of the kicker. The OBP is designed to keep the stamp continuously soaked for clear marking on all counted boxes. It can be installed on any brand of folder-gluer.

Using an optical revealer, the mark is visible only under blacklight (blacklight LED lamp included with all Ergosa models). Its use is authorized by the US Food and Drug Administration (FDA) and is CE certified. It can therefore be used for all your food and pharmaceutical products.
