Plant Director Michael Persechino anchors our manufacturing facility with his experience and dedication.

Micheal joined IMPACK in 2006 after completing a vocational diploma in industrial mechanics. His father, a client of IMPACK, encouraged him to join IMPACK telling him it would be the ‘perfect place to learn every aspect of the trade.

At that time, the company had only seven team members, engineers included. Within his first year, Michael’s strong technical understanding and organizational sense led him to take charge of the workshop.

Originally a machinist, he also mastered welding and quickly became known for his hands-on approach and commitment to continuous improvement.

In 2010, he went back to school to complete a technical degree in electronics, while continuing to work evenings and weekends at IMPACK, a clear sign of his dedication to mastering his craft.

When his studies ended, the company was rapidly expanding. Michael chose to stay and take on the full management of the production workshop, guiding the team through multiple stages of growth.

He has since played a key role in the major facility expansions of 2016, 2017, 2018, and 2019, contributing to new equipment integration and workflow optimization.
Today, he leads two workshops and a team of more than 15 employees. His management style focuses on ensuring team cohesion and collaboration.

With his deep knowledge of every workshop department, responsiveness to the needs of people, workflows and timelines, ensures IMPACK is able to deliver machines known for quality and workmanship.
