When Tommy Jutras joined IMPACK ten years ago, he had just completed his vocational studies in Industrial Mechanics. From day one, he stood out for his analytical mindset, technical curiosity, and eagerness to learn. 

Today, Tommy fills a key role in mechanical assembly, working on everything from standard configurations to custom solutions. This mastery is the result of years of hands-on experience and involvement in solution development. 

Always drawn to technical challenges, Tommy actively contributes to the development of new machines. Tommy embraces the continuous improvement process with persistence and method, helping deliver solutions that meet IMPACK’s highest standards of performance and quality. 

For the past two years, he has also been part of IMPACK’s machine installation and maintenance team, working directly with clients around the world. This field experience allows him to leverage his technical expertise to solve client challenges. Client feedback reflects his motivation and professionalism. 

Tommy enjoys the variety of alternating between workshop projects, product development, and on-site service. In addition, he is a member of the workshop improvement committee, where he contributes to process optimization and operational efficiency.
