Odilon Perez Nieto

Odilon Perez Nieto joined the IMPACK team in December 2021, beginning his journey with the company while based in Mexico. From the very start, he was involved in machine installations while also providing customer service. This hands-on experience allowed him to develop a strong, practical understanding of customer needs and of how IMPACK machines operate.

Holding a degree in Mechanical Design obtained in Mexico, Odilon previously worked in the mining sector, where he developed solid technical skills and a strong analytical mindset. This background naturally enriched his contribution to IMPACK from the moment he joined the team.

After approximately a year and a half of collaboration, Odilon relocated to Quebec in August 2023, marking an important new chapter in his professional journey. Once on site, he quickly became involved in the manufacturing and assembly operations of the machines, gaining exposure to every stage of the process. This immersion further deepened his knowledge of IMPACK automated machine solutions.

Today, Odilon plays a key role in customer service, where his combined experience in installation, manufacturing, and technical support enables him to clearly understand the challenges faced by clients and to offer solutions tailored to their real needs. His approach is thorough, collaborative, and people-focused.

Fluent in Spanish, French, and English, Odilon is a valuable asset in supporting IMPACK’s local and international clientele.
