Mario Morin has been part of the IMPACK journey since 2013. Every day, he works in deburring, a trade where every detail matters. What he enjoys most? Making sure the job is done right, every time. For Mario, polishing isn’t just another step in the process: it’s where the parts truly come to life.

He speaks about it with pride, and it’s easy to see why. Watching a piece he has carefully polished evolve into a complex, high-performing machine is tangible and rewarding. Thanks to his work, operators who work on our machines can do so smoothly and safely.

Mario cares deeply about quality, and it shows in the way he contributes to and collaborates with the team. He enjoys sharing tips with his coworkers, comparing finishes, and making sure the final result always meets IMPACK standards. For him, every detail matters so that each part leaving here truly reflects our quality standard.
