With a background in mechanical engineering, Han Guo oversees IMPACK’s Asian market and supports global sales by keeping client needs at the center of every solution.
At IMPACK, our team’s expertise is built on both technical rigor and the diversity of individual journeys. Han is a great example of this. Trained as an engineer and originally from China, he moved to Canada in 2012. He joined IMPACK in 2017 as a Mechanical Designer.
In this role, Han created designs, coordinated parts orders, and responded to a wide range of technical requests related to mechanical design. By late 2018, his scope expanded as he began focusing on sales opportunities in the Asian market. It led him to visit clients and partners and build strong, lasting collaborations with them. Even as his role evolved over time, Han has continued to oversee this strategic market, leveraging his deep knowledge of its realities and challenges.
In 2020, Han’s role shifted again, and he became a key support for the sales team. He develops a wide range of tools and processes that enable the sales team to respond more quickly and more accurately to requests.
Han’s team looks to him for sharp insights, whether the conversation is about the global market or engineering.
