Director of Sales at IMPACK, Bertrand Beaulieu Boulanger stands out for his unique career path combining technical expertise, operational leadership, and strategic vision.
Trained as an industrial mechanic, he began his career in the field before quickly moving into management roles. Over more than 13 years with a multinational company specializing in food equipment, he rose through the ranks to become Director of Operations for Canada. In this role, he led sales, operations, logistics, and the management of major clients such as Costco, Sobeys, and Metro.
Recognized for his ability to optimize operations and build long-term business relationships, Bertrand takes a partnership-driven approach rather than a transactional one. For him, sales is not about quick wins, but about supporting clients in their growth and building strong, lasting relationships.
Driven by a desire to evolve in an innovative environment, he joined IMPACK, where he now leads global sales activities. He plays a key role in developing and managing high-level strategic accounts.
