How it Works

The TRAYVA has one automated counting and batch separation channel per row of tray former output. These ensure precise, consistent batches every time. The ergonomic packing station makes packing trays into bags easier. When trays are packed into cases an integrated case management system ejects cases, folds the flaps and delivers them downstream to the case sealer 3rd party case sealer.
