Maxime first joined IMPACK in 2009 as an intern within the technical team. With a strong analytical mindset, great rigor, and studies in electrical design, he quickly developed a solid understanding of our machines, our customers’ needs, and the realities of industrial production environments.
He returned to IMPACK as a full-time employee in 2013 and continued to build on this foundation, progressively expanding his responsibilities. Today, Maxime plays a key role within our sales team, actively contributing to IMPACK’s international commercial development. He supports customers across Belgium, France, Australia, Poland, and other global markets.
Maxime combines a deep understanding of industrial processes with a highly practical, solution-oriented approach. His role goes far beyond simply supplying equipment.
He supports customers by analyzing complex production situations, translating operational challenges into concrete and sustainable solutions, and guiding decision-makers with clarity, transparency, and objectivity.
Within the sales team, Maxime is also a trusted internal reference for technical questions and a mentor to colleagues developing their own expertise.
