Eric Roy joined IMPACK after building a career centered on customer service, technical support, and relationship management.

After beginning his professional journey in the building materials industry, where he quickly advanced into department management roles at a young age, Eric spent the next 12 years working in industrial equipment sales and field service. This combination of hands-on technical expertise and customer-facing experience has given him a practical understanding of manufacturers' operational challenges and the importance of delivering responsive, long-term support.

At IMPACK, Eric is responsible for supporting customers across English Canada while contributing to the development of strategic accounts. He works closely with manufacturers to identify automation solutions that improve productivity, enhance ergonomics, and adapt to their production requirements.

Known for his customer-first approach and practical mindset, Eric believes that lasting partnerships are built by listening carefully, understanding each operation, and recommending solutions that deliver measurable value.
